The 2nd “Latest Chest Wall Surgery Technique Global Training Program” will launch in July 2025, welcoming thoracic surgeons with interest in chest wall surgery for an intensive, hands-on learning experience.

This training program aims to offer an opportunity to deepen expertise through direct engagement with groundbreaking methods developed by Dr. Wenlin Wang — including the Wang procedure, a cutting-edge surgical solution for pectus excavatum, and Wang technique, an innovative and effective method for bar fixation. You’ll explore these innovations via live surgeries, academic lectures, and case discussions. On the third day, you’ll step into the operating room to observe live surgeries—and even have the opportunity to assist in surgeries under the guidance of Dr. Wenlin Wang. These operations will cover a wide range of severe chest wall cases, such as asymmetrical pectus excavatum, pectus carinatum, barrel chest, complex chest wall deformities, etc.
